Ghanaian hiplife rapper, born Michael Elliot Kwabena Okyere Darko and popularly known as Obrafour has revealed that until his last breath he won’t stop doing music.
Obrafour answering the question of when he intends to put down the mic in an interview with Amansan Krakye on Radio Central’s “Dryve Central”, stated;
“I’m not sure there is a pension in music when God gives you music talent you can do it till death, all you need is the strength.
“I may go on pension if God calls me to glowy or gives me a different work, but it until then I will still be doing active music, he answered.
The host then asked him to disclose his views about the complains coming from the new artistes, that the old musicians should give way to the upcoming ones to take over.
And this was Obrafour’s view: “In this world, you can’t rule forever because everything has an end. I wouldn’t agree if someone says the new crop of artiste are emerging so the old ones should retire because an experience is very important.
“We need to be there to help and guide the young ones. Until we die will still be in the game”, he added.
