The Chairperson for the Ghana Christian Council and moderator of EP church, Rt. Reverend Senyo Agidi has stated that if the founder of the International Godsway Church, Angel Daniel Obinim was one of his young pastors he would have closed down his church.
Rt.Rev. Agidi in an interview on Star FM’s Morning show disclosed that the Ghana Christian Council does not support what the self-acclaimed angel of the Lord has been doing.
“Bishop Daniel Obinim is one Pastor who seems to have a CONFUSED THEOLOGY. We ( Christain Council do not agree with most of his ways of doing things…If Obinim was my pastor, his church would have been closed down by now.”

He added that, even though they are against the ways of “Angel” Obinim, but he has no right to interfere with what Obinim is doing, it is the duty of the law to deal with anyone who goes against it.
“It is not my duty to chase and arrest Obinim. After all, the law says we have the right to worship and if the law enforcers think people are not doing the right things, they must act,” he said.
