Over the past couple of years one hitherto omnipresent name which has vanished from the airwaves was that of hiplife star Nana Kojo Owusu-Ansah, known in Showbiz as Macho Rapper.
Macho Rapper, famed for his impressive physique and tongue twisting raps, was in the United Arab Emirates working in numerous jobs in the security sector but is now back to claim his rightful place in the pantheon of Ghanaian music.
To mark his return to the scene Macho Rapper is working on numerous means to penetrate the market, starting with an impressive single to tell the story of his short hiatus.
The single is titled ‘I Never Left’ and features Piesie, produced by veteran Shawers Ebiem.
But more than getting back his career Macho has a dream, a magnificent dream which he’s willing to go to any lengths to achieve.
Anyone slightly familiar with him knows that the name Macho is not simply his stage name but it’s something that defines him, as bodybuilding is another strong passion of his.

Aside rebuilding his career, Macho Rapper’s second dream is to continue his bodybuilding ways, with the ultimate aim to run a fitness centre open to celebrities and stakeholders in the industry which would be the go-to place for any showbiz person looking to keep fit.
The rapper has already outdoored this dream and is looking for help from none other than Nana Appiah Mensah, Chief Executive Officer of Menzgold Ghana and Zylofon Media.
Macho Rapper is seeking a partnership with the young CEO to run the fitness centre under the auspices of Zylofon.
“Every human being needs fitness”, Macho rapper told us in a conversation.
“My dream is to open a fitness centre…to get every celebrity onboard and get them to keep in shape, which is something I’m well equipped for.”
Macho Rapper also reiterated his recent call to become NAM 1’s personal bodyguard, to keep him safe and entertained all in one fell swoop.
According to him, during the past two years he has been working in the Emirates, he has garnered all the requisite experience and more to be sure about the best way to protect such an important personality as the millionaire businessman.
