The beef between Charles Nii Armah Mensah aka Shatta Wale and ‘The Man Insane’ Kwaw Kesse keeps getting interesting by the day. If you are in Ghana today and you do not know Wale and Kwaw are ‘beefing’ then you are truly missing a lot.
This ‘beef’ started when Shatta Wale granted an interview to Andy Dosty on Hitz FM and claimed among other things that Musician Sarkodie doesn’t support his own but rather supports Nigerian Musicians.
Kwaw Kesse responding to Wale’s claim recorded a video to ‘diss’ him that he [Wale] is the opposite of all the things he claims to be. He doesn’t practice the ‘Support Your Own’ mantra he always preaches in the media.
He also told Wale to stop undermining other artists’ personality and brand. Wale too recorded a video to reply Kwaw Kesse in equal measure.
Shatta Wale has once again tweeted to ignite the ‘beef’ once again. The self-acclaimed Dancehall King says upon all Kwaw Kesse’s plenty talk and rantings he is the only artist who has been able to give him a hit song for a very long time in his Music Career.
