Ghana Continues To Fall Under Kwesi Appiah In Latest Fifa Rankings

The Black Stars of Ghana continue to plunge down the Fifa World Rankings as the second coming of James Kwesi Appiah continues to be a failed experiment.
A limp 0-1 loss to Kenya in African Cup of Nations qualifying has seen the Black Stars go further down the Fifa log.
The Black Stars are now ranked 51st in the world, falling 6 places from August’s position of 45th.
Since returning to take charge of the Stars, Appiah’s team has gotten worse by the day. After an uninspiring World Cup campaign the team continues to stagnate, with the low point losing to Kenya last weekend.
On the continent, Tunisia tops, ranked 23rd in the world and first in Africa. The North Africans are followed by Senegal, DR Congo, Morocco and Nigeria.
Globally, Belgium and world champions France make history as they become the first teams to be joint top of the rankings.
Africa’s top ten rankings below (world ranking in parentheses)…
1. Tunisia (23)
2. Senegal (25)
3. DR Congo (40)
4. Morocco (45)
5. Nigeria (48)
6. Cameroon (50)
7. Ghana (51)
8. Burkina Faso (56)
9. Mali (63)
10. Egypt (64)
