The heat to legalize marijuana has been over the past weeks turned massively on the President Akuffo-Addo government by many known faces including top presenters Kwame Sefa Kayi, Kwesi Pratt and Blakk Rasta.
However, in as much as all these people want the banned substance to be legalized, Ghanaian music and movie producer-Alhaji Banda aka Bandex has stated that he is entirely against the idea that the banned substance should be legalized.
Alhaji Bandex who was a panel member discussing the topic of legalization of the herb on Adom FM’s ‘Entertainment Hall Show’ hosted by Mike 2 stated that he is totally against the idea of legalizing the banned substance because of the likes of controversial counsellor, George Lutterodt.
The music and movie producer stated that even though the herb has not yet been legalized, the likes of Counselor Lutterodt in some of their pronouncement make one thing that it should never be legalized in Ghana.
Bandex insists that the counsellor’s statement that married men should be happy when their wives cheat on them, as it will afford them the opportunity to learn a new style to improve their sex life can only be uttered by someone who is pretty high on the banned substance.
He, therefore, wondered what will happen if it is finally legalized to give people the license to be ‘high’ all the time.
