Arguably the funniest man in Ghana currently is actor cum musician Kwadwo Nkansah aka Lilwin. Nkansah is the most sought-after Ghanaian comic movie maker and he has starred in over 100 movies coming from the Ashanti Region and also bagged a countless number of awards.
Kwadwo Nkansah has done very well for himself from roles he has played in movies and the endorsement deals that have come his way. Once upon a time, he was a brand ambassador for telecommunications giant MTN.
Lilwin has gotten money from this industry and from the look of things he has not spend the monies on frivolous and unnecessary ventures. Some of the monies have been put in proper ventures that have yielded huge returns.
A lot of Ghanaian celebrities spend their monies lavishly, they do not invest in profit making avenues that will serve as a backup plan for them when the industry is not paying as much as it should pay them. Monies are spent on flashy and lavish cars, women, drugs etc. There are few celebrities who are working hard to demystify this notion and actor Lilwin is one of them.
Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin has invested massively in the educational sector of Ghana by building a new school for the people of a town in the Ashanti Region called Ahenkuro.
The edifice in which children of this community will be accessing education from is something that everyone has to see. The School, Great Minds International School can be compared to any grade “A” school in the capital, Accra.
Kudos to Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin and we pray to God that our celebrities will see the light and invest in positive things and projects like this kind. It is our hope that as the school’s name Great Mind International School suggests, it will churn out pupil with Great minds that are going to impact positively on our society.
