The life of a celebrity comes with so much privilege and for many of them, they get to live life at a level many ordinary people can only dream of.
Abraham Attah, more than most other celebrities, is privileged and currently resides in the States, after literally starting from nothing.
A true rags to riches success story, Attah therefore delights in helping others get more opportunities in life; and it’s in that vein that the Abraham Attah Foundation was formed.
The Foundation recently teamed up with another non profit in order to make good on that wish.
Global Aid for the Marginalized Ghana and the Abraham Attah Foundation teamed up for this new venture, in which they visit disenfranchised communities and donate school uniforms to pupils to help them in their educational journey.
Dubbed the ‘Pupils Aid’ project, they started off in the Sissala West district of the Upper West region, distributing to students in various schools in the district.

Aside the uniforms they also donated school bags, belts and even shoes.

“The pupils Aids project is seeking to distribute thousands of school uniforms, bags, belts, and shoes for pupils’ who are always adorned in tattered uniforms in order for them to compete with the advantaged”. said project director Mr. Botchwey.
Mr Mawuko Kuadzi, the Manager of the Abraham Attah Foundation, also called for wealthy individuals, companies, government agencies or the general public to contribute towards making their mission a success.
