A few days ago we reported the extremely tragic story of a Ghanaian lady who got married and then lost her husband in a car accident, all in the space of just about a day.
Janatil Firdaws Yakubu lost her husband Disu Kamaru in the accident, and despite suffering injuries herself has survived her husband’s fate.
The tragic story has gotten people expressing their condolences, and there were even reports the family were not quite sure how to break the news to her that she’s lost her husband a day after getting married.
However it seems she has now found out and is taking it well.
In a post on Facebook, the widowed bride expressed hope that her husband would rest in the bosom of the Lord and expressed thanks to Allah for what has happened.
Sharing a photo of her with her husband, she gave her last tribute to him and to God.
