Rumours have been circulating on various media platforms that two of Ghana’s biggest dancehall artistes, Samini and his ‘son’, Stonebwoy were denied entry to perform at the just ended Shatta Wale’s Reign Album launch which took place at the Fantasy Dome.
Stonebwoy in an interview on Wednesday’s edition of Hitz FM’s Daybreak Hitz Show with the host Andy Dosty has disclosed the reasons why he wanted to perform at the Reign Concert.
According to him, even though he knew Bhimnation fans wouldn’t have been happy to see him perform at Shatta Wale’s concert knowing there’s no peace between them, but it needed someone to take a bolder step to quench the hatred flames between them (Shatta Wale and Himself).
He told Andy Dosty, “Instead, I wanted to take a bolder step to make peace, but we were denied”.
