The head of Artist and Repetoire (A&R) at Zylofon Music, Bulldog, has rubbished comments from Stonebwoy that he does not feel safe at the label and is going to leave it at the first chance he gets.
Bulldog responded to the Burninton Music head honcho during an interview to clear the air on issues at the label.
According to Bulldog, Stonebwoy can credibly say he has issues with some people at the label, such as Willie Roi, but he definitely cannot say everyone at the label hates him.
“Let’s not make it like Zylofon hates Stonebwoy, Zylofon doesn’t,” Bulldog emphasized. “What you might think [is] a problem might not be a problem,”
“Stonebwoy has the right to say that Willie Roi doesn’t like him,” he added.
Stonebwoy expressed his unhappiness with his label in a Joy Fm interview on Monday. He spoke up after Mr Logic revealed that a great opportunity he got for a collaboration with R-Kelly was buried by Willie Roi.
Stonebwoy thus said he would leave the label today if he could but since he’s under contract, he is waiting patiently for it to run out then he would gallop away.
According to him, he cannot see poison coming for him and calmly sit and drink it.
Bulldog, however, believes Stonebwoy is wrong in his assessment of happenings at the label.
