Speaking with Showbiz, the CEO said;

“Entertainment is mistaken to be just arts but it is actually a combination of arts and science. There are certain things you need to do to succeed and that is exactly what we at Lynx Entertainment do,” he said.

“We sit and plan. We draw a five-year plan, narrow it down to a one-year plan and then set monthly targets which we work hard to meet. We really plan and that works for us”, Richie said.

Adding that management and the whole team is working tediously towards the release of Kuami Eugene album come December 15.
