Kennedy Agyapong Mocks Captain Smart For Attacking Maritime Authority Boss — Says He Bought 14 Air Conditioners From Him On Credit

The always controversial Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Kennedy Agyapong, has fired some shots at Adom Fm presenter Captain Smart.

Captain Smart, who runs an anti-corruption segment on the ‘Dwaso Nsem’ program, has recently been on the neck of the boss of the Ghana Maritime Authority, Kwame Owusu.

The Authority has been at the forefront of some ridiculous corruption scandals, and one of the cases raising eyebrows is news that Owusu installed 11 air conditioners in his renovated at taxpayer cost mansion.

Captain Smart has called him out for that but Hon Agyapong says the reporter is being hypocritical.

According to the MP, Captain Smart purchased 14 air conditioners from him on credit for his house and nobody has accused him of being wasteful.

“Captain Smart says why should the GMA boss build the house and start with 11 air conditioners. Captain Smart, how many air conditioners did you buy on credit from me? 14 air conditioners.” he said.

“Captain Smart, what is your level of education, what successful life have you lived that you will build a house and install 14 air conditioners and you tend to question a whole chartered accountant of 30 years plus standing who is building a house for the company and installed with 11 air conditioners and you are making this ‘stupid’ noise all over the place.” the oft-controversial MP added.
