Donald Trump Loses In Court To CNN Journalist Whose Press Pass He Revoked

The President of the United States of America, Donald J. Trump, had his a$$ handed to him in court today by the constant thorn in his flesh, news network CNN.

CNN sued the Trump administration following a decision taken to revoke the press pass of Jim Acosta, the news network’s White House correspondent.

Acosta had gotten into a heated confrontation with Trump at a press conference he held immediately after the midterm elections. The President called Acosta a rude and terrible person as the journalist badgered him with questions which he brushed aside. A White House intern attempted to take his microphone away from him but he kept asking his questions.

After that incident, the White House revoked Acosta’s pass – his security credentials which allowed him access to the White House and other security zones the President might occupy – and CNN sued immediately.

The judge hearing the case, a Trump appointee, completely invalidated the decision to revoke Acosta’s pass, declaring it a violation of his first amendment rights.

The Trump administration were thus ordered to restore Acosta’s press pass so he gets back to doing his job.
