Christianity is a funny religion if you think about it. There is a clear injunction which says you should not judge others so that you would not be judged, yet a lot of Christians spend a lot of their time judging others different from them. They condemn gays, atheists and other Christians they believe are not living the same life as they are living all the time.
Yet whenever there’s an issue of a Christian doing something they aren’t supposed to they immediately run to the same ‘judge not that ye shall not be judged’ injunction.
Efia Odo recently tagged herself a born-again Christian but it didn’t take long for her to go back to her ‘sinning’ ways, appearing publicly in half nekkid outfits and chopping herself with her then boyfriend, Kweku Reveloe.
Since then she has often taken aim at other Christians, calling them hypocrites for judging her when they do not know her heart.
On social media Sunday, Efia posted a photo of herself and said Christianity is not about attending church or reading the bible but simply about living a Christ-like life.
“Going to church doesn’t make you a Christian neither does knowing the Bible. Christianity is a way of life, how you treat others (with love and understanding). Don’t condemn others because they sin different from you, pray for them so that when you sin God will also have mercy on you.” Odo wrote.
Like we said, Christians only call for not judging when it involves them, but if it’s someone else they would judge away with no qualms.
Mass hypocrisy at its finest.
