17-year-old Kumawwod actress cum singer, Maame Yaa Konadu Jackson earlier in an interview disclosed her plans concerning her secondary school education and her music career.
According to her, when she realizes her career as a musician is going on well, she will drop out of school and pursue that because even when one completes his or her education, there is the need to look for a job and be paid monthly.
Following Yaa Jackson’s revelation, social media users took it from another level to lambast the young actress for being aimless and a soon to be ‘disgrace to womanhood’.
“You think you are a musician? Mtchew!! These the type of girls who will grow to be a disgrace our womanhood. And the parent is happy that their 17-year-old daughter is leading such life… I don’t blame her.” one person noted, whilst another angrily added: “Stop fooling and go to school bcos you don’t have the talent for music.”

Currently, Yaa Jackson is offering General Arts course at the Kumasi Presbyterian Girls High School.
