Our favourite self proclaimed Angel of God, Bishop Daniel Obinim, is back to making nonsensical claims about himself to try and justify his continual exploitation of his congregation to make himself a very comfortable living on earth, tax-free.
Obinim, who is one of the best at taking advantage of the inherent gullibility of Ghanaians to enrich himself, is unhappy that some pastors and other Ghanaians criticize him for sharing lotto numbers to his church members.
According to the Bishop, founder and leader of the International GodsWay Church (IGWC), everything he does is sanctioned by God and if anyone disagrees, they should curse him to God.
Obinim, speaking on his own propaganda outlet OBTV, said that if God is not the one who supplies him with the lotto numbers, he should be struck dead within three days of his curse.
However, he warned, if God is the source of his ‘powers’ then he would also turn around to curse all those criticizing him without merit just because they don’t like him.
Obinim is fond of using this tactic of claiming if he’s not real, God should strike him down. Of course, nothing ever happens and to his congregation, that can be proof that he’s a real man of God, which is all he cares about anyway.
So long as his congregation are happy with him, Obinim would remain one of the richest men of God this country has ever seen.
