Huawei Ghana Releases Official Statement Disowning Teacher Kwadwo For Making ‘S*xually Offensive and Irresponsible Comments’ — READ

The mobile telecom giants Huawei have officially responded to trending news surrounding the Ghanaian professional teacher and comedian Michael Owusu Afriyie, known in showbiz as Teacher Kwadwo.

Teacher Kwadwo has been in hot pepper recently after some comments he made in the past about rape and s*x resurfaced.

Teacher Kwadwo made crude jokes about rape which he apologized for, but the Pepper Dem Ministries recently resurfaced them and mounted a sustained social media campaign for him to lose his endorsement deals.

Teacher Kwadwo himself confirmed last week that Huawei have terminated their relationship with him and the company have now confirmed it with a statement.

In the statement, Huawei said they were cutting Teacher Kwadwo because he made ‘s*xually offensive and irresponsible comments on social media’, and they reiterated their commitment to equality for all people irrespective of gender.
