With the year drawing to a close, the award season for the 2019 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards is just about to get into full gear.

For now it’s not really clear which artist is the frontrunner for the honour, but Patapaa Amisty is out there fighting for the award to be given to him.

The ‘One Corner’ hitmaker in a recent interview said he deserves to be given the award for the massive hit songs he has released and all the shows he has performed at throughout the year.

Patapaa as you’ll recall was livid after losing out on the most popular song of the year award to Fancy Gadam at the 2018 VGMAs, alleging that he had been cheated.
