Last night Accra was boiling as the two biggest rivals in the music industry went head to head with simultaneous music shows held on the same night.
Stonebwoy held his BHIM Concert at the Fantasy Dome at the Trade Fair Centre which Shatta Wale countered with his ‘Reign Thanksgiving Concert’ at Mantse Agbonaa in Jamestown.
The BHIM concert was an eventful night with numerous artists coming through to perform.
Stonebwoy himself was the headline act and his fans were certainly thrilled with his performance, to the extent that one of them jumped onstage and dashed him $50,000.

The fan, known as Alhaji Amadu, is said to be Chairman of Afro-Arab Group of Companies and also a friend of footballer Emmanuel Adebayor. He said he was so impressed with Stonebwoy’s music he decided to donate just to show his appreciation.
“Stonebwoy is my brother and I just wanted to support him with this donation because he is a very good guy,” the Alhaji said.
