Ain’t This A SCAM! Chairman of the Pentecostal And Charismatic Council Calls For Pastors To Get Bodyguards In The Wake Of Tema Pastor’s Murder

How can a pastor selling you a relationship with an all-powerful being capable of doing everything, including protecting you, successfully sell you the story that they need personal bodyguards for protection?

If God is the most powerful being of all time, and he can do anything you want, why can’t he protect his own children, as Chris-Vincent asks in this highly controversial piece getting under the skin of Christians?

After the death of the Assemblies of God pastor in Tema, the Chairman of the Pentecostal and Charismatic Council of Ghana is calling for pastors to get bodyguards for their protection.

According to Rev. Emmanuel T. Barrigah , even though God is their protector, they need to ‘live by wisdom’ and get bodyguards.

“God protects us all but we must live by wisdom”. he told Onua Fm earlier today.

“I don’t think there is anything wrong if pastors are given protection, but the basic thing is God protect us all so it is also a matter of choice.”

The debate of protection for men of God has arisen following the death of Rev. Dr David Nabegmado at the hands of an assailant, his own nephew, whilst preparing for Sunday service.
