The Canadian based Ghanaian lawyer who accused the President of the Ghana Bar Association (GBA) of rape, Kuukuwa Andam, says hackers have been trying to infiltrate her account ever since she came out to publicize the rape accusation.
Kuukuwa, in a post on Facebook, reveals that several attempts have been made by these hackers to gain access to her account, presumably for their own nefarious purposes.
Kuukuwa sparked a social media storm Monday after she told the harrowing story of how she was allegedly raped by lawyer Anthony Forson Jnr. in a Washington DC hotel in 2012.
Kuukuwa said Forson, now GBA President, refused her request not to have s*x if he did not have a condom but instead went ahead to force himself upon her.
Her harrowing rape story against Forson, as well as other lawyers, caught the nation’s attention and that seems to have drawn some unwanted attention as well.
It’s not clear who is trying to hack her account but since she has so far carried out her crusade on Facebook it’s likely an attempt to glean some information from her or perhaps to shut down her page altogether.
Kuukuwa, revealing the hacking attempts, promised not to lie down but to keep fighting against s*xual assault.

“And so the hacking into my FB account begins ☺️. First hacking attempt began the day I started threatening to reveal my rapists. Now the language in my account automatically changes to spanish without me touching a key hmmm. But this is what happens when you speak against powerful men with the media, money, power etc. all behind them.
“You can follow me on my backup account Bentsiwa Andam in case ‘they’ succeed in taking this account down or hacking into my account. I have deleted all sensitive messages in my account too so dear hackers, you won’t find what you want & you can’t silence me either🤣”
