He wrote on his social media pages, ‘The Ashaiman Municipal Assembly kick starts it’s 10 Year Anniversary with a sanitation fair dubbed “TOILET IN EVERY HOME” — a campaign against open defecation. Having made an ambassador to help propel this worthy cause, I believe with the Sanitation Fund launched by the Netherlands Embassy (@nlinghana ) together with the Government of Ghana, @unicefghana, Apex Bank; households in Ashaiman can be supported in building their own toilet facilities to reduce open defecation.

“Many thanks to Hon. Albert Boakye Okyere (MCE for Ashaiman Municipal Assembly) for the honour and also Mr Ron Strikker (Netherlands Ambassador), Anne-Claire Dufay (@ unicefghana rep), and Hon. Ishmael Ashittey (Greater Accra Regional Minister) for gracing this occasion’
