The hitherto seemingly unbreakable friendship between Shatta Wale and Hitz Fm’s presenter Andy Dosty has hit the rocks, probably permanently because both of them are currently throwing shade at each other nonstop.

Their spat started after Andy Dosty shared a post by Shatta Wale saying Ghanaian youth are broke because they are fools. Dosty simply wanted his followers to discuss the comments but Wale was angry and attacked the radio presenter.

Andy Dosty has responded to the attack and said he’s very disappointed in Shatta Wale because they’re very tight and his post should never have led to that kind of attack.

Speaking with 3Fm, Andy Dosty recalled the kind of sacrifices he made for Shatta Wale when he first returned and needed help to revitalise his career.

Andy Dosty revealed there were times he would take Wale’s CD’s and travel to Kumasi with his own car and fuel and distribute them to radio presenters to play yet this is the kind of reward he’s receiving from Wale.

“I was that gentleman who came to Accra, took his CDs, went to Kumasi to share among radio stations and presenters; it was me. I drove around in Kumasi; my car, my fuel, showing him that love. Telling people there is a new kid on the block. I created a monster” he said.

Andy Dosty was asked if he had heard from Wale since the incident, to which he replied in the negative. He, however, added that despite everything, he holds no grudges against Wale at all.
