Doing Music On Your Own Is Difficult – Kaakie Admits

We have heard close to nothing from the camp of dancehall artist Kaakie since her exit from former music label Xtra Large Music and she has reasons for this silence.

According to her, nothing is standing between herself and music but as it stands, she is concentrating on her Masters and would work on her music afterwards. Nonetheless, she establishes it is not entirely easy doing music on your own.

”Doing music on your own is not easy especially creating your own support system. I would love to do music again. There’s nothing blocking me. Later when I am done with my Masters and I get the opportunity to work on my music I will”, she said in the interview.
