On Friday, February 1st 2019, Kuami Eugene celebrated his 22nd birthday in grand style.
The Lynx Entertainment star received well wishes from all corners of the showbiz world, and received the greatest surprise of his life from his mum which made the day extra special.
Kuami Eugene also had one person he wanted to thank on the day and that was Adom Fm presenter Dr Pounds. Pounds played a pivotal role in promoting Eugene and making him a household name and the ‘Angela’ hitmaker expressed his gratitude to him.

He also promised Dr Pounds that when he turns 25 he would buy him a car to show his immense gratitude.
He made the declaration in a video taken by Dr Pounds himself and posted on Instagram.
