Everyday we wake up, we open our social media apps on our phones and see a feed filled with photos of so-called celebrities covered in makeup, weaves, eyelashes, nails and every other female beauty accessory you can think of.
After fixing all these on their bodies, they then put the photo through every filter and photo-altering app they have before finally uploading the finished product which looks nothing like them.
Every once in a while a celebrity would decide to upload a no makeup, no filter photo to show how they look in real life. We recently saw one from Lydia Forson and today we have one from the controversial ashawobrity, Efia Odo.
Odo has uploaded a new photo of herself to Instagram and according to her, she’s wearing no makeup, no lashes and no weave because she wants everyone to see how she looks in her natural state.
She captioned the photo: “NATURAL HAIR NO MAKEUP NO LASHES💁🏾♀️ Not everyone who wears wigs is bald not everyone who wears makeup is ugly. I’m a woman and I’ll choose how to look however I want whenever and wherever I want!.”
