Actress Lydia Forson has a message for us today— one that we all need to listen and heed to. According to the actress, it is very okay not to have it altogether, cry, and lose it sometimes.
We have formed the habit of building walls and wearing defensive armours, purposely because we don’t want to appear weak or we do not want to be disappointed, judged and chastised for opening up to people. We almost miss the relevant point—it is okay to be everything we want to be— to be fragile, vulnerable and ask for help when need be.
