Uprising rapper, Awal Mohammed has slammed the organisers of MTN hitmaker reality show on how they award their prizes to the contestants who reach the final stage of the competition.
Awal became 2nd in the just ended MTN Hitmaker Season Seven reality show and received a mobile phone and airtime on top of it.
According to disappointed Awal, the mobile phone and airtime given to him are useless prizes which will not bring any better improvement to his musical career.
He added that it’s not good for the juicy award to be given to only the winner but also the other three among the four finalists should also get something that can be of help to their music career.

“All the four contestants accords prizes that will help them run their music career. The judges believe that the top four finalists have the most potential but at the end of the day it’s only the winner who gets all the prizes that of which is very very not good”, He told Andy Dosty.
