It looks like former President Mahama’s obsession with infrastructural developments yielded at least one good thing which is giving Ghana a good reputation outside of our shores.
The new terminal at the Kotoka International Airport has been receiving a lot of praise, especially from Nigerian celebrities who frequently travel to Ghana.
The latest Nigerian star to be flabbergasted by the Kotoko International Airport is Nollywood actor Mike Ezuruonye. The popular actor visited Ghana and was so impressed with the airport he documented his experience and uploaded it to social media.
Ezuruonye said Ghana’s amazing airport is proof African politicians can really do good things if they put their minds to it, advising Nigeria’s government to also follow suit.
He wrote: “Shout out to My Brothers and Sisters in GHANA,” he says. “Your AIRPORT is BEAUTIFULLLLL and a Testimony to AFRICAN POLITICIANS and LEADERS that we have enough RESOURCES to make some STANDARDS AMENITIES POSSIBLE….Naija Leaders Take note o.”
Ezuruonye is not the first, and from the look of things, is definitely not going to be the last Nigerian celebrity to praise the new terminal. 2Baba and actor Kanayo O Kanayo are just two others who have praised the magnificent Ghanaian edifice.
