It has barely been a month since the re-election of Nigeria’s president Buhari and already the floodgates of empty promises and assurances have been opened once again.

The Chairman of the ACF’s board of trustees, Alhaji Adamu Fika led a delegation to congratulate the president on his success and re-election. That was when he made promises on how he would not disappoint his people in the coming years.
“This is my last lap, I will try to work harder. I assure you, I will not let you down,” he stated
