Stonebwoy for President? Dancehall Star says He’s Ready to Venture into Politics

John Dumelo is not the only entertainer seriously eyeing a branch into politics. It turns out dancehall star Stonebwoy has also been harbouring some political ambitions and would not mind becoming a politician.

Stonebwoy says if becoming a politician is another way to serve Ghanaians and help better their lives, then he’s interested in pursuing such a path.

“If I have to serve my people, not only as a musician but also a politician, I would go for it,” Stonebwoy said in an interview with Joy Fm.

Stonebwoy is one artist you can actually see venturing into politics one day. Not only does he have a dedicated fanbase, he seemingly has the temperament for it and has a natural constituency in Ashaiman, unlike a certain ‘Gbee Naabu’.

However, even if he decided to venture into it one day, there’s no question he’s probably going to end up just another self-centred politician looking out for his family and friends.
