Popular Nigerian comic actor, John Okafor aka Mr Ibu has opened up on reports that went viral yesterday that he has been struck down by stroke.
In a report by DailyPost.ng, Mr Ibu as popularly called was struck by a stroke after a recent trip to Owerri and according to e-Nigeria, The President of the Screen Actors Guild of Nigeria, Emeka Rollas confirmed the news to them.
“I am aware that Mr Ibu is truly down with stroke, but he is fast recovering and need more of our prayers right now”, Emeka Rollas said.
But in a video sighted by GhanaCelebrities.com on Facebook, the prolific actor debunked reports and revealed that he is very well and not suffering from a stroke as reports claim.

Mr Ibu was seen with his wife in the video saying;
“People are saying I have a stroke and down, why? How can you announce somebody’s sickness and you have many you don’t announce one? I Don’t have any stroke, please”.
Mr Ibu added that he has forgiven whoever fabricated the story and circulated it on social media and news portals.
