One of NPP’s strong members, actress Yvonne Nelson posted earlier on her Twitter page and blamed the NDC for neglecting the people of Volta Region even after their years of sacrificing for the party.
According to Yvonne Nelson, “By the way, VOLTA REGION, I am shocked!!!! After all your strong votes and numbers, your major road network from akosombo to Ho is terrible, one can easily die on this road! I can’t believe it, we swerved potholes like playing football.”
However, commenting on Yvonne Nelson’s Tweets, another die-hard female member of the NDC, the “16 Years” hitmaker, Mzbel has opined that Yvonne Nelson is speaking like a Politician. Instead of saying the truth, she is putting the blame on another political party.
According to Mzbel, it’s been 2 years since Ghanaians brought NPP on the seat but there has never been any maintenance on that road constructed by NDC and that has resulted in its current bad state.
“I mean no harm whatsoever but Obaa what u don’t know is that roads not maintained for 2 years will deteriorate. The current government has not worked on that road for two and a half years. Let’s put politics aside and speak as Ghanaians” Mzbel wrote.
