Kanye and Kim Kardashian West have welcomed baby No.4 into the world, the reality tv star has announced.
Kim took to twitter moments ago to announce the big news.
“He’s here and he’s perfect!” Kim K tweeted.
The couple had this baby via a surrogate, their second baby utilizing that method due to health issues for Kim.

The baby is a boy and the couple are yet to reveal his name.
He joins their ever growing family, with three older siblings North, Saint and Chicago West.
