Shatta Wale Can Only Be Compared to Jesus Christ, Michael Jordan, Muhammad Ali or Pele — Says Former Manager Bulldog

Shatta Wale’s former manager, Lawrence Nana Asiamah Hanson, popularly known as ‘Bulldog’, is licking Wale’s a$$ so bad he should emerge out of his throat quite soon.

Bulldog supports Shatta Wale for the VGMA artist of the decade award, which is no surprise, but his fawning praise of Wale, who he claims can only be compared to immortal greats such as Michael Jordan, Muhammad Ali and even Jesus Christ, is sycophantic to the core.

Bulldog has filled Facebook with his over the top praise of Wale to convince everyone that ‘Gbee Naabu’ deserves the hotly contested ‘Artist of the Decade’ award, which would be given out by Charterhouse at the 20th VGMA awards to be held this Saturday.

He wrote: “A comeback that can only compare to the yet “second coming” of Christ. A record breaking consistency that can compare to these greats of all time Muhammad Ali (boxing) … Michael Jordan (basketball) … Michael Phelps (swimming) … Martina Navratilova (tennis) … Pele (football) … Usain Bolt (athletics) … Valentino Rossi (MotoGP) … Babe Ruth (baseball)… With all due respect to the rest of amazing acts on the list of “artist of the decade” category, the above sterling records of Charles Nii Armah Mensah are unmatched and cannot be emulated. Please wait the next decade. Thanks Shatta Wale is peerless among the rest.”

Bulldog used to manage Shatta Wale until their untimely breakup, before they were reunited at Zylofon. This level of bootlicking from him is so legendary he probably deserves his own award for it.

Shatta Wale himself can barely compare to Anthony Joshua or Vladimir Klitschko, not to talk of Muhammad Ali. He can barely compare to Kobe Bryant or Shaquille O’Neal, not to talk of Michael Jordan.

We can make arguments for our favourite but the hyperbole should stop at the door. Whoever wins the award eventually is going to be as deserving as any of the other stars.
