Ghanaian actress, Portia Asare, has warned Ghanaians never to call her Kumawood actress because hat is supposed to be someone’s company and not name of actors in the country.

Portia Asare Boateng who was a time ago popular on our TV screens went missing several years without anybody knowing her where about.

Few weeks ago she resurfaced online, announcing her come back into the Ghanaian movie industry.

A lot has been explained as to  why she  got lost somewhere in 2012.  Her latest revelation after her come back is that, she does not want to be referred as Kumawood actress anymore.

According to her, there’s nothing like Kumawood actors, it’s either Ghanaian actress or actors.

There is no differentiation in the acting industry, what we know as ‘Kumawood’ is actually someones company.
