Hiplife artiste, Kwaw Kese commenting on the violence that marred the 20th anniversary of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards on Saturday, May 18, 2019, has trolled one the key characters, Shatta Wale.

Shatta Wale, a self-acclaimed Dancehall artiste was on the night awarded with the ‘Highlife Song of the Year’ (My Level) and ‘Dancehall Song of the Year’ (Gringo).

Charles Nii Armah Mensah aka Shatta Wale who won ‘Highlife Song of the Year’ is currently being trolled on social media with many asking why a Dancehall artiste was nominated in a Highlife category and even went ahead to win it?

Some have concluded that Shatta Wale isn’t a Dancehall artiste hence the decision by the Board and Academy of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards to put him in that category.
