Chairman General, Kwame Sefa Kayi, has spat more fire on the Shatta Wale -Stonebwoy fracas.
The host of the 20th edition of Vodafone Ghana Music Award, seems not to be okay, especially after he’s been invited by the police to give his account of what transpired during the award night.
According to him, Shatta Wale angrily stood, pushed chairs around before he made his approach to the stage with his associates.
So it is untrue to say that gesture was to go and congratulates Stonebwoy.
The ace journalist added that, prior to the event, Shatta Wale shared on social media that he was going to pull that stunt and true to it he did.
“Shatta had no business going up that stage; I was there and I saw what happened. He had won two awards [before the chaos].
“Shatta was pushing chairs aside and you want to convince me that he was going there with good intentions.
“You are not friends and everyone knows. He wrote prior to the event that he would do that. It was planned or pre-planned. If he stood where he was and was clapping, all the cameras would have focused on him and you still have achieved the same purpose. Did you have to go on stage? With all those following him, what was he going to do?”
