A Nigerian lady who graduated with 3rd Class Honours has taken to Twitter to brag about how she currently employs people with 1st Class Honours in whatever field.
Farida Kabir, a Software Engineer, ICT Consultant and Chief Executive Officer of Octragng bragged that even though she graduated with 3rd Class Honours but she employs people with 1st Class and pays them salaries.
“I graduated with 3rd class. I employ people with 1st class and pay salaries. I earn what people with 1st class can’t even imagine earning. I have influence that 1st class people leverage on to help facilitate their wants. I’ve never used the 3rd class cert for anything above”, she bragged on Twitter.
Her message is simple, whether 1st Class or 3rd Class, one can always achieve his or her dreams ─ in other words, not doing well academically shouldn’t hinder one from achieving his or her life goals.
