In a video sighted by GhanaCelebrities.com on the Twitter handle of one Laila Ijeoma, an Islamic Cleric actually sat on television and stated the rules in wife-beating.
According to the Islamic Cleric, a husband can only beat the wife when she refuses to open her legs for him when he is horny and wants to bonk her.
The Islamic Cleric stated without mincing words that husbands can beat their wives but on the condition that they refuse to have s-xual intercourse with them.

He continued that a husband when beating the wife over refusal to be bonked shouldn’t curse her but rather beat her to instill some discipline in her.
