Ghallywood and Nollywood actress, Juliet Ibrahim is calling on Ghana Police to arrest one of her Twitter followers known on the platform as Riche_richie.
According to the actress, Richie_richie threatened to rape her anytime he sets his eyes on her so, therefore calling on the Police to arrest him.
“This Twitter user has just threatened to rape me according to his tweet on my twitter handle today! Pls, retweet until the law takes its course against such rapists in society! He must be arrested! @GhPoliceService@richier71342242 that’s his image thanks” she twitted.
Some of the followers also believe the dude was just joking and there’s no way he can even see the actress and rape her.
One commenter also replied that if Police is arresting people for what they write online, there will be no single person left on the streets.
“Even if it is a joke or not, we can’t arrest people for saying things. You can only arrest them for actions. If you could arrest everyone for their tweets, no one would be left in free society na. We will just have our cities in prisons “
