Management of Menzgold Ghana have confirmed reports that CEO Nana Appiah Mensah has once again won his case in Dubai.
The embattled Ghanaian Chief Executive won the initial case, but the verdict was appealed and he has won the appeal as well.

His discharge and acquittal has been upheld by the appellate court.
Despite winning his freedom in court twice over, Nana Appiah Mensah is still not a free man, due to circumstances beyond his control as we outlined here.

With the confirmation of his win, NAM 1 would hopefully be granted his freedom for real this time.
