Madam Juliana Oti in an exclusive interview with Managing Editor of GhanaCelebrities.Com, Chris-Vincent Agyapong Febiri disclosed that she gave birth to her daughter, Becca at the age of 15.
During the woman’s speech, she revealed sadly that she had to stop schooling because of the pregnancy.
Well, the man who engaged the then 15-year-old girl in that sexual activity, Mr Isaac Acheampong is happily moving around in town today as a free man.
However, Act 560 of 1998 criminalizes sex with minors and was meant to protect such victims.
I am asking was the law made only to deal with some specific Ghanaians, or it’s there for all?. And if its there for anyone who breaks it, then why is Mr Acheampong who sexually abused a 15-year-old child still walking around as a free man?
At this point in Ghana, the law must take its full course without any discrimination whatsoever especially for the protection of our children and our women.
