From this day onwards, no one should ever call Shatta Wale a local champion again.

According to entertainment critic Prince Tsegah, aka Da Don, Wale landing a feature on Beyoncé’s new album puts to bed the criticism that he’s a local champion.

Tsegah also said the constants criticisms landed at ‘Gbee Naabu’ should be stopped now because he’s representing the whole Ghana with this new achievement.

He added that Wale should work harder because this is just the beginning of what he can achieve on the international stage.

Wale has come in for immense praise from all angles after it emerged he had landed a feature on Beyonce’s upcoming ‘Lion King’ album. Even people who used to constantly criticize him now have to admit he’s hit the jackpot with this one.
