Nana Aba Anamoah has opened up candidly for the first time on what it was like to get pregnant as a young girl just out of SHS.
According to her, the news ‘hit her like a missile’ and changed her life in a way she had not anticipated.
Anamoah is a mother of one, Paakow, a child she had as a teenager. All the details surrounding that came out during the period when her baby daddy, Osebo, resurfaced and started begging to have access to his kid.
Speaking out on it on Naa Ashorkor’s show “Strong and Sassy”, she said whilst her son has changed her life in the most profound way, during the period it happened she did not know how to deal with it.
“I had graduated from SHS so I got pregnant around that time,” she revealed.
“It happened really fast for me and so some of the things 20, 21 22-year-olds were doing, I never got the chance to do because I had to work and had to be a mother so that was a shock to me … I never imagined that so it hit me like a missile”.

Nana Aba added that even though it was difficult at first having to work at such a young age to cater to her kid, it all became worth it due to the joy her son has brought to her life.
“It was an eye-opener, it was shocking but there was a bit of fun as well just seeing my son smile made me happy … it was a myriad of things but there was joy because I knew I had a target”. she added.
