It appears the unreasonable bail conditions set for Nana Appiah Mensah aren’t the only obstacles being put in his way.
According to NAM 1 associate Stanley Kodia, aka KOD, the government is using other dirty tactics to keep him incarcerated.
After months of being held in Dubai, Nana Appiah Mensah finally won his freedom and came down to Ghana but his troubles were barely over.
He was arrested when he arrived and after his second court date, was granted bail in the sum of Ghc 1bn with three sureties to be justified.
As pointed out by Chris-Vincent Agyapong Febiri, asking a businessman whose assets have been frozen for Ghc 1bn bail is unjust, and an unjust law is no law.

However, it seems even attempts by Nana Appiah Mensah to get the money is being met with resistance.
According to Kodia, the NPP is just trying to kill NAM 1 because every attempt he makes to get the money is being rebuffed by them.
He ranted on Facebook about what is happening and described it as unconscionable.
