MP for Assin Central and controversial businessman, Kennedy Ohene Agyapong, has torn into Ghanaian women who attend the church of Prophet Emmanuel Badu Kobi.
Badu Kobi has been trending in the news for a week now after passing derogatory and ethnocentric comments against Ghanaian ladies from different tribes.
His comments have been condemned from all angles but the one I’ve been anticipating most is that of Kennedy Agyapong, who never minces words.
Speaking angrily on his tv station Net 2, Agyapong was angry with the preacher but even more angry with Ghanaian ladies who attend his church.
“What are Ghanaian women looking for? God has given you all the sense but you are refusing to use it to think and allowing stupid and foolish people like this to insult you for free. I am really angry this morning,” he complained.
When the host asked him to curb his language, he angrily replied: “…The same useless comments he made are those I will use against him and his stupid subordinate pastors,”

Agyapong added that the women of the tribes he insulted – Ashanti, Fante and Ewe – are actually hardworking and ought to be appreciated. He threatened to contract women and have them attack Badu Kobi for his stupid and senseless comments.
