One Corner’ hitmaker Patapaa Amisty has recounted how he suffered heaven and earth in the Ghanaian music industry before eventually hitting his peak.

The Agona Swedru hitmaker is one of the biggest acts around right now, but it has truly been a long journey for him to get to his current level.

Just looking at Patapaa you can tell he’s been through a lot, and he revealed on Adom Fm Wednesday that it took him 16 good years to get to where he is.

According to him, he released a lot of great songs as a highlife artist but Ghanaians paid no mind to him. He had to hustle for 16 good years before he managed to break through with ‘One Corner’.
