That Was Super QUICK: Dr Caryn Agyeman Prempeh Takes Over the Late Afternoon Show on GHONE As the New Host—Following Berla Mundi’s Exit

Berla Mundi has resigned from EiB’s GHONE, and she is heading to Media General’s TV3—for whatever personal and professional reasons.

GHONE is, however, unperturbed as the station has quickly found a replacement for the Late Afternoon Show which was Berla Mundi’s main gig at the station.

And the person taking over is Dr Caryn Agyeman Prempeh, positioned to take the show to its next level.

We are not aware of any immediate changes to the show’s structure or content, except that the person who will be taking the centre stage, as the host has changed.

The new host, Dr Caryn Agyeman Prempeh is a medical practitioner with a keen interest in Global Public Health.

She is an old student of St Roses Secondary School, Akwetia. She also studied at Headington Girls School, Oxford, (United Kingdom), University College of London – Biomedical Science, School of Medical Science (KNUST) – Medicine, Queen Mary University of London – Masters in Global Public Health.

Dr Prempeh is the founder of a non-profit organization called CERVIVA focused on creating awareness and educating women on Cervical Cancer. She has worked at 37 Military Hospital – Accra, Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital-  Kumasi, and Abenkyiman Hospital – Kumasi. She is currently at Claron Health International – Accra as the Resident Medical Officer. 

Let’s hope she brings something that would make her a better host, than Berla Mundi.
